The receipt pattern we have for this title:
vol. 6, no. 4 (Winter 1997) checked in on 11/27/00 (multiple claims)
vol. 6, nos. 2/3 (Summer/Fall 1997) checked in on 4/4/00 (multiple claims)
vol. 6, no. 1 (Spring 1977) checked in on 4/4/00 (multiple claims)
vol. 5, no. 3/4 (Autumn/Winter 1996) checked in on 9/30/99 (multiple claims)
vol. 5, no. 2 (Summer 1996) checked in on 9/30/99 (multiple claims)
vol. 5, no. 1 (Spring 1996) checked in on 12/18/96 -- the last time it was
actually received in the same year it was published.

As you can see, the title is running 3 yrs. behind in
publication/distribution. The initial response to all our claims was that
the issues were "out of stock", but we eventually received them after
putting a lot of pressure on our vendor to find out what the situation was
with the publisher/title. Unfortunately, this is a title for which our
payments in advance outstrip its increasingly s-l-o-w publication output.
Therefore, we've requested that our vendor keep our order active, monitor
the title, and hold any additional invoices/payments until the pubication
catches up to what we've already paid.

Danielle,
This title fell way behind publication schedule after v.5, no.1 (1996) which
was received in Dec. 1996.  Vol. 5, nos. 2 and 3/4 (1996) weren't published
until 1999 (rec'd 8/99).  Vol. 6 no. 1 (1997:Spr.) and no. 2/3
(1997:Sum./Fall) -- received April 5, 2000.  Vol. 6, no. 4 (1997:Wint.) --
received Dec. 5, 2000.  Our vendor projected that v. 7, no. 1 (1998:Spr.)
would arrive early Feb. 2001.  We have not yet received it.
