Backserv's address and location (which have been changed) recently came up

I also would like to mention a general web site called Back Issues and
Exchange Services (http://www.uvm.edu/~bmaclenn/backexch.html), which
offers a list of several such services that have been mentioned on
SERIALST or through other networked sources.  The sites included are
"freely-offered through the Internet." This web site is sporadically
updated (as time allows and/or as users send updates or changes). If
anyone has additions, updates, changes, etc., feel free to contact me.
