Susan,

You may be dealing with a title change.  Check earlier issues to see how
title presented itself, and check the first issue, too, if available.  Some
good soul :-) can probably brief you here on OCLC procedures.  Serials are a
lot more fluid than monographs, so you may have to supply proof that title
was wrong on the issue on which the description on OCLC is based.
