Subject: Call for speakers

    ALCTS CCS Cataloging Norms DG is calling for speakers for its meeting
at the American Library Association (Midwinter Meeting), New Orleans, LA,
Jan. 18-23, 2002.
    Presentation topics should be of current interest to catalogers and
deal with current cataloging standards. Possible areas of discussion
include but are not limited to: Electronic Resources; 0.24 Rule;
Seriality; ISBD; Digital Libraries; Aggregator Databases; Authority
Control; Bibliographic Control of Media Resources; OPACs; and, Web Pages.
Presentations should be approximately 15-20 minutes in length, additional
time will be allowed for questions and answers.
    If you are interested in presenting, please send your name, email
address and other contact information, and the proposed topic of your talk
to Manuel Urrizola (murrizol@lib.uci.edu). The final selection of speakers
will be in early November.
