We property stamp them and tattle tape them just as we do the book, but we do not individually catalog them. Each map already has printed on it which issue it came with, so if it is found outside the volume it is easily filed appropriately again. -Alexis -- Alexis G. Adams Consortium Library Serials Dept. We used to put them in pockets in the bound volumes and they got stolen; also there was no access in the catalog when a student asked for a map of whatever, especially one they could check out (as opposed to an atlas in reference). Our serials checkin is automated so I also place a note within the checkin box that states where to find the insert. Hope this helps.
