A question for the serials list ...

Where do people order print phone books?
Our Reference Department has requested that we obtain print phone books
for Boston, Manhattan, Washington, DC, Toronto and Montréal.

Does anyone have ideas as to what would be the best way to go about
obtaining phone books for these areas?  Any vendors specializing in phone
books, or is it best to try to track a phone book publisher for (in?) each
city?

Any advice or ideas?
