Has anyone used the SULOP report from OCLC to submit batch changes to
LDRs?

I have received my SULOP report, converted it to MARC using the MarcEdit
program.  I would like to edit the LDRs, and resubmit the report back to
OCLC via FTP.

Has anyone done this, or something similar ?
