We have been using EBSCO for a long time and have had great service.  Our customer service reps (out of New Jersey) have been the best.  Our account rep, based in Pittsburgh, is also very attentive and responsive to problems.  It think their service varies from place to place - it all depends on the the people in your area.

We have used EBSCO for years and I appreciate them greatly!  I have had
repeated great reps.  There was only one time that a big problem arose
and it was well taken care of.  Again, it is the matter of who your rep
is, but I do recommend if you are having trouble with your rep, that you
contact them and discuss the problems with the supervisors.
