Hello, everyone.  We did not have this exact experience, but we did have
a large credit with them due to a number of reasons.  When we tried to
use that credit to pay for our subscriptions this year, we encountered
some problems with getting the credit applied.  We kept receiving "final
notice" type bills and I just kept calling them and it was finally
resolved.  It took weeks to get it resolved.
