Personally, I've only had their stats work for me once or twice in the five years I've been doing this.  Usually I put in a request and it thinks about it until my browser times out.  I never use them anymore.

Is anyone else having a problem accessing their statistics from Highwire? I have submitted a couple of requests for help on their
technical support form, but have received no response.   I pulled stats
in February but not since then, so I am not sure how long they have been
