I'm sort of a pack rat, but I justify the downloaded material as making a backup in case something happens to the site. One of the sites I failed to download material from was by Rob Eaglestone. Now I'm kicking myself for putting it off.

I've made a pass through both archive.org and the COTI boards and as usual my search criteria failed to find anything,

The errata document provided with the CD is out of date. The latest errata is version 2.21 (02/23/2013) and can be found on Far Future Enterprises site at http://www.farfuture.net/errata.html.

I've got a reply to the email I sent to Marc Miller and his reply was:

"Sharing them with fellow traveller fans is the essence of our community. Please do so."

"And when you come to conclusions, you may send them out as you wish, including to Freelance Traveller."

If there is anything from Donald's site and I have a copy I'll gladly provide it to you.
