Hi Jeff,

Yup those are sailing dinghies. Back in the day I sailed Lasers and Toppers (along others):

From a spacecraft point of view they would probably be 2ton 2 person no cargo but you might not be able to do them @ TL9.

Anyway, I'm wondering if you'd like to do a TL-9 or 10 version of _that_ as a spacecraft.
I'm picturing that we're getting down into the tonnages where it's "Wear Vacc Suit and ride on the outside"
