Hi Jeff, Yup those are sailing dinghies. Back in the day I sailed Lasers and Toppers (along others): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laser_(dinghy) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topper_(dinghy) From a spacecraft point of view they would probably be 2ton 2 person no cargo but you might not be able to do them @ TL9.
