I'd probably go with something like 1% of the 'new' value of their guns
and armour for lubricants, replacement batteries, cleaning cloths,
filters, and so on. Ignorable for a small arsenal, but something
capital-heavy and cash-light groups with battledress and PGMPs would
have to consider. Also, that such a thing exists means that even if you
waive the accounting, you can bring it up when the PCs are stranded for
several months without access to parts and workshops.
