How about a 70mm hypervelocity smoothbore ETC autocannon?

Subject: [TML] Tank Design

I'm working on a scenario that will require "light tanks" and have settled on something that's an evolved version of the HSTV-L ( https://tanks-encyclopedia.com/high-survivability-test-vehicle-lightweight-hstv-l/
). Along the way over the years, I've lost the old FFS spreadsheets and was wondering if someone could design a gun that was 75mm, smoothbore, and used cased telescoping rounds fused via ETC?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!
