Consolidation Wars-era Vilani (circa BC, IIRC) would probably have a different high concept, given the Ziru Sirka was explicitly a giant social engineering experiment (not _quite_ as successful in domesticating the human animal as the _Driantia Zhdantia_ has managed) to put the lid on unbridled expansion/progress. Exactly what, I'm not sure. Likewise, the scrappy pre-Second Imperium Terrans would have a different high concept. Tubthumping? You knock them DOWN, the buggers get back UP again... Hopefully that should be something to get you started. Alex
