Especially given the current state of commercial software/computer security.

What would _ever_ having one of those do to your ability to attain
and/or maintain a government security clearance?  (Suspect the answer
might be along lines of 'NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE')

Data xfil and ransomware are concerns - how about CRAZY FROG (or
something else similarly rage-inducing) on endless loop, live and direct
to your brain?

Frinstance:
"The PEACEFUL HANDS and HAIR METAL threat groups are being blamed for a
rash of suicides among, and homicides committed by, implantees of the
Encore Une Fois headware suite. La Trec BV, the company who developed
the suite, ..."

Control is not needed - just driving the poor sod(s) insane.
