Re: [TML] Original CT LBB's scoutship vs CT HG scoutship? Phil Pugliese 23 Oct 2014 20:27 UTC

Inasmuch as Dan (Grimmund) has indicated in another post that he is using CT LBB5 HG to design scout ships I wonder if anyone has tried to 'upgrade' the performance (while retaining the other specs) of the scout ship using the CT LBB2 design sequence?

 This email was sent from

has been replaced with a dummy one. The original message
 follows:

 As I recall, the
legacy 3I scout ship was originally designed using the
 original set of CT LBB's.

Has anyone tried using CT LBB5 (HG) to design a
 similar vessel?

 As I
recall, there *were* some differences 'tween the two.
(In fact, I believe CT HG even had a comment
that it was acceptable to design ships up to 1000dT's
 under either system)
