Azhanti High Lightning inside Roll20

Has anyone ever put the Azhanti High Lightning maps and counters into
Roll20 for use? If so, would you be willing to share?
If not, I'm also seeking clever ideas on how to mimic the dual-sided
nature of the counters, where skill levels are hidden simply being on
the bottom-facing side of the opponents...
