And it's just as true that when the federal gov, I mean, Imperial authority, starts talking about their 'rights', they are really just looking for ways to screw people. It's what govs do. Of course, whether it's Right(tm) or Wrong(tm), or Good(tm) or Bad(tm), always, always depends on whose ox is getting gored &/or who stands to benefit.
