Bruce I think you and Rupert and Phil, et al understand what I was
getting at - The aggressor has to deal with a defense exhibiting very
different capabilities than they wereprepared for and that may put him
off kilter for a while.

So does anyone understand Greg Chalik's objection concerning huge costs
over small changes in requirements?
