Not quite; those are more for actual cops. There's a lot of overlap,
especially if the 'Detective' assignment is available, but those careers
assume a legal imprimatur behind the character; PD/PIs may be operating in
grey or even black areas, without official sanction.

Also, those careers are for CT/MT/TNE; they haven't (yet) been adapted for
RTT/CE.
