The ones in the Fifth Frontier War book? Well, they don't seem to have
gotten their upgraded system by the time of the Rebellion (1116), even
as just part of a J-6 trunk to from the Spinward Marches to Capital, so
the upgrade was clearly being done in a very leisurely fashion, even by
3I standards. You'd think a major war that nearly ended in disaster
would've given them some sense of urgency.
