Agreed, but they're adequate for what I needed.

Next question, and this is probably not going to have a 'canonical' answer:
Consider a ship where the crew are all handling two roles each. How do you
calculate what you should be paying them? The two ideas that come to mind
immediately are

    1) The higher of the two rates, only.
    2) Three-quarters of the higher rate, plus three-quarters of the lower
       rate.

Also, for a role that is mostly Commo (traffic control ops), what rate
should the crewmember command (if it's xir only job aboard)?
