3/4trs of both can lead to things like a Pilot/Gunner taking less pay
than a straight Pilot. I'd go with highest, plus some fraction of the
lower, say 1/4 or 1/2.

As for a Comms operator, off the top of my head, I'd go for Cr2000/month
- less than a Medic, same as a Steward, more than the grunts. A Sensor
operator or Comms/Sensor op might get Cr3000/month I'd say.
