Hi All!

I’m looking for the current rights owner to the Cepheus Engine. It appears that Jason Kemp was the last owner of record under Samardan Press but I’m seeing a lot of Cepheus Engine stuff rom Stellagama Publishing. Does anyone know if the current owner is still Jason or if the rights are with Stellagama these days?
