That too. The Sun is the equivalent of about a trillion megatons of bombs exploding every second.

If you’re watching for such an event (at least in the TU) you need someone lurking out in the Oort cloud watching the planet. At those distances, you will detect the event about 8 hours after it happens, then a week in jump plus prep time for you to know it happened.
