I would also add Medical 1 or something similar that would apply to
"ditch medicine" focused on physical altercations and perhaps
drugs/herbals (enhancements, mood altering, etc.) that they would need
to understand and have remedies for.

I have to say that this has been one of the most fascinating threads
I've read in a long time.  Thanks to everyone!
