And if you do any sort of "bondage" your kit needs to include EMT
shears and/or a seat belt cutter.

Sometimes something goes wrong and you need to get the bound person
free *now*. Replacing rope or even leather cuffs is pretty cheap
compared with the value of your partner/client.
