Are you sure the mailcritter in question didn't have a retroactive
hernia upon finding out?

With an attitude like that from Major Fubar (and one of her superiors,
General Panic), combined with a system like that, imagine the fun that
could be inflicted by sodding up said system's _error checking_...

I think I can see FreeTrav wibbling at the possibilities from here.

Such as framing a _really_ effective logistician for nicking supplies
wholesale (or completely mundane stuff like fusion weapon laser
triggers) and getting them shot, sent to the Solomani Rim Front, and
then court-martialed (in that order).

The incompetent buffoon (name of Seagoon) in the next division over, you
leave there, of course.
