Tom, Tom, Collision, et al,

So I take it it wasn't exclusively some wombat misreading the rules, it
was Mongoose not considering the interaction of two rules? (MASSIVE
surprise, that).

Do any of you have any beef with the sustained-damage crit rules?

The hull points per ton ratios are (for MGT2, per MGT2 HG):

< 25 kdton - 1 HP / 2.5 dton

25 kton - < 100 kdton - 1 HP / 2 dton

>= 100 kdton - 1 HP / 1.5 dton

Springing for a reinforced hull adds 10% to hull points and 50% to hull
cost.

Some hull configurations also boost hull pointage:

Close structure - +10% HP, hull cost -10%

Planetoid - +25% HP, hull cost - special

Buffered planetoid - +50% HP, hull cost - special
