	Methane has more hydrogen per unit that water does. If you've got a safe source
of methane or ammonia it works as well or better than water as a hydrogen
source. Methane = CH4 and ammonia is NH3 so decomposing that through the fuel
processor should be as easy as water, if there are different things as "waste"
products (carbon black and Nitrogen gas).
