This is a good point, though I would think that given the nature of
communications and the lag time in the TU, I would suspect that
delivering the papers/warrant/etc. to the individual's legal
representation of note (and at that social level, they would have that)
would constitute "being served" and it would then be up to the legal
representation to contact the wayward skipper...
